Music Rights Negotiation TikTok Challenge o2 Germany

Spark as asked to negotiate the master and publishing rights for the use of Run DMC ‘It’s Tricky’ for a TikTok challenge / promotion.

o2 Germany wanted to promote the choice users get on their network. What better way to do this for the Gen Z generation than to do a TikTok challenge. The campaign was supported by TikTok influencers Xinting Wang, Mokka.Ccino, JaezSheCan and Miss Georgia Cavallo.

Spark negotiated the fees and agreements.
