Music Rights Negotiations for Volkswagen

Spark was trusted by VW’s lead agency DBB Berlin to clear the music rights for ‘Brimful of Asha (Norman Cook Remix)’ by alternative rock band Cornershop.

The song was a released in 1997 and became a hit when it was remixed by Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim.

We negotiated the sync fee and licensing agreements with Cornershop’s UK record label and music publisher on behalf of VW and DBB.
